We are currently upgrading our careers site and information. Please take the time to read the information below to assist you in viewing and locating the position/s that are of interest to you.

As part of the upgrade, CET is transiting to an online Careers Recruitment Platform. During this transition, there will be two different ways to view and apply for a position either within one of our 38 schools or one of our four offices statewide.

School Strategic Leadership and TCEO Based Careers

The Tasmanian Catholic Education Office (TCEO) facilitates recruitment processes for strategic leadership positions in schools which include:

  • Principals
  • Deputy Principals

Within the TCEO, we also have a broad range of positions including:

  • Strategic System Leadership
  • Education Officers
  • Business Services
  • ICT

These positions work within the Catholic Education Tasmania corporate structure across a range of areas including Catholic Identity and Evangelisation, Learning and Teaching, Corporate (Finance, ICT and Facilities), and People and Culture. Offices are located in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone.

Applications for these types of positions must be submitted via the online platform.
