Do I have to be Catholic to work in a Catholic school?

We welcome employees from a wide variety of faiths and backgrounds for positions within our schools and offices.

This commitment is realised through our dedication to serving one another and our school communities, prioritising the well-being of both our staff and students, and fostering meaningful daily interactions with others.

For certain positions however, such as School Principal or Deputy Principal, candidates are required to be Catholic to ensure we can maintain the integrity of our Catholic values within our system of schools.
