Taking place at MAC 02, students in Years 9-12 are invited to an expo-style event that will support them in discovering where their learning journey can take them next.
Students can explore an extensive range of opportunities while speaking with industry experts and learning what study and career pathways are available in Hobart, Australia and beyond.
Catholic Colleges will be attending the Showcase during the day at various times (chat to your teachers to find out more!) and students are also welcome to return with their parents or carers. The main Showcase day is Friday 19 May 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Each College's subject specialists and career advisors are also available to guide you through the upcoming subject selection process and provide options for further education and training, so you can make informed choices for your future.

Our unique pre-employment program developed and run by Centacare Evolve Housing to support young and vulnerable job seekers to gain meaningful employment in the building industry. Build Up Tassie works with construction partners, including St Joseph Affordable Homes, to provide one-on-one coaching to participants before employment, once they are employed and for the duration of their apprenticeship or traineeship. Build Up Tassie does not charge participants any fees. The sale of the Charity House will help fund 50 participants through the program. |

Oral Health Services Tasmania (OHST) is a state-wide public oral health care provider in Tasmania providing dental services including oral examinations, dental x-rays, fillings, tooth extractions, preventative care, dental, oral hygiene and dietary advice, and full/partial dentures. OHST also hosts Dental University Students, offers a Graduate Program, and delivers community oral health promotion/education sessions. OHST provides dental services from 33 sites around Tasmania. Adult services are predominantly provided from 6 major dental centres as well as 3 Special Care Dental Units (located within hospital precincts). Child and Adolescent Services are provided predominantly from 23 community clinics. OHST also operates 2 mobile dental units across Tasmania to visit communities and 3 dental vans to deliver preventative dentistry at public schools and early childhood settings.
